Terms of Service

Last updated 7 September 2026

The agreement between you and Neural Bridge, the company behind MCP Tester.

About these terms

To be written — that this is an agreement between you and Neural Bridge, and when it takes effect.

What the service is

To be written — you point MCP Tester at an MCP server, agents exercise its tools, and a report comes back.

Your account

To be written — who may open one, and keeping your access to it safe.

Only servers you are allowed to test

To be written — you may point MCP Tester at a server you own or have permission to test, and at nothing else. This is the term that matters most.

A run is your instruction

To be written — every request we make to a server is one you asked for, and is attributable to you.

Your content and credentials

To be written — what stays yours, the licence we need to host and process it, and your responsibility for what a server exposes during a run.

Workspaces and roles

To be written — owners and members, what each can do, and who can see what.

Acceptable use

To be written — what you may not do with the service, including anything unlawful and anything aimed at a system you do not control.

Credits and fees

To be written — what runs cost, how credits are bought and spent, and what is refundable.

Availability

To be written — we do not promise uptime unless we have agreed one with you separately.

Suspension and termination

To be written — when we may suspend or close an account, and how you close yours.

Disclaimers

To be written — provided “as is”; a report is our agents’ judgement, not a guarantee that a server is correct or that every problem was found.

Limitation of liability

To be written — capped at the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, or [AMOUNT].

Governing law

To be written — governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and where a dispute is heard.

Contact

To be written — legal@mcptester.dev for these terms, security@mcptester.dev to report a vulnerability. Neural Bridge, [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
